On Location
When to book your session…
Of course more notice is always desirable, but I will always do my upmost to work around you and your family.
Where your session is held…
We are very lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the country. I am willing and eager to discover more national beauties with you. My favourite places to shoot are the National Trust locations, the coast and the woods. It's your choice where we meet for your session. Please note a mileage fee is required if the location exceeds 20 miles of the Wisbech area.
How long will your session take...
The session normally takes 1-2 hours, weather permitting. Also I understand that children aren't always compliant, we allow plenty of leeway for this, to make sure everyone enjoys the session.
When will you receive your pictures...
My editing turn around is usually 2 weeks. But in busy periods you should expect to receive your collection anytime up to 6 weeks. A link to an online gallery will be emailed to you. You can then view your gallery and choose the amount of images that you've
paid for in the package you selected upon booking. There is an option to upgrade to buy all of your images.
Ordering...
You can order your prints and products through your online gallery.
Payment...
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash. A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your appointment. Then the final balance is due the day of your photo session. If any additional prints and products are required, then the full amount is required upon ordering.
Cancellation...
48 hour notice is required for cancellations, however your deposit is non refundable. Due to the nature of the photo sessions I am flexible with rescheduling sessions at my discretion.
Running Late?
I totally understand these things happen. But due to other appointment commitments this may effect the amount of images you receive. Unfortunately if you are over 45 minutes late I may have to cancel your session at my discretion and your deposit may not be transferable.

What to wear
It's your photo session so it's completely up to you what you wear. But if you're looking for some guidance heres a few pointers for you...
in solid, muted colours and coordinate with the setting, while avoiding distracting patterns or bright colours.
Comfort is Key
Consider weather-appropriate clothing. Choose clothes you feel comfortable and confident in, as this will translate to more natural and relaxed photos.
Muted Tones
Muted colours like earthy tones, pastels, or neutrals and white can create a soft and timeless look.
Solid Colors
Opt for solid colours, as they tend to look more cohesive and pleasing in photos.
Avoid Distracting Patterns:
Large patterns or busy prints can be distracting in photos.
Coordinate Outfits
Co-ordinate outfits to create a cohesive look, but don't feel like you have to match exactly.
Clothing that Wrinkles Easily:
Choose clothes that are easy to care for and will stay wrinkle-free throughout the shoot.
